Below is the job desc for Quality
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform in-process and final inspections of plated aerospace components, including landing gear and structural parts.
• Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and NADCAP standards.
• Use precision inspection tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and surface finish testers.
• Verify plating thickness, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
• Document and report inspection results; complete inspection checklists and quality records.
• Identify and isolate non-conforming parts; initiate non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Work closely with production, quality assurance, and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Ensure traceability and proper documentation for all parts inspected.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company and industry standards.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school training preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an aerospace or chrome plating inspection role.
• Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and NADCAP compliance requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of inspection and quality control processes within a repair or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency may be required due to ITAR regulations.
