Full job description
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented office operations assistant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you'll be the friendly face of our office, handling front-desk duties while also playing a crucial part in our logistics operations.

Schedule
•Full-time, Monday–Friday
•8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
•40 hours per week

Responsibilities

Front Desk & Office Administration
•Greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
•Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
•Manage office supplies and inventory.

Data Entry & Reporting
•Accurately enter a high volume of data into our company systems.
•Maintain and update records, spreadsheets, and databases.
•Assist with creating basic reports as needed.

Shipping & Logistics
•Process and prepare shipping documents, including packing slips and invoices.
•Generate and print shipping labels for packages using FedEx, UPS, and other carrier platforms.
•Coordinate with carriers for package pickups and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
•Share tracking information with customers.

Qualifications
•Proven experience in an office or administrative role.
•Strong proficiency in data entry and a high level of accuracy.
•Familiarity with shipping software and online platforms for carriers like FedEx and UPS.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•A strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
