Full time – Evaluation to hire
Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
$22 to $24hr depending on experience.
Digital Wallet Company delivering trusted payment services, building enduring partnerships, and ensuring sustained growth through customer priority and innovation is looking for an Inside Sales Rep to join their team in Woodland Hills.
Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in generating new business and nurturing leads. This individual will use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs, present product features and benefits, and guide businesses toward tailored payment solutions. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to influence decisions, and a track record of building trust with prospects.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, inbound leads, and follow-ups.
- Build, track, and manage a growing pipeline of prospects using the company’s CRM system.
- Conduct needs assessments to help businesses identify the right products and programs.
- Present solutions using a consultative sales approach, focusing on features, benefits, and value.
- Collect signed agreements and submit documentation for approval.
- Influence decision-makers and create a sense of urgency to accelerate the sales cycle.
- Consistently meet or exceed call activity standards, including daily dials and talk time.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and pipeline updates within the CRM.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience using a CRM system (Salesforce or equivalent).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Skilled at asking effective questions to uncover customer needs and tailor solutions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and priorities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed performance metrics.
