Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
$20hr to $24hr depending on experience.
Digital Wallet Company delivering trusted payment services, building enduring partnerships, and ensuring sustained growth through customer priority and innovation is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Woodland Hills. Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Woodland Hills. This role is critical to ensuring a high-quality customer experience by providing timely, accurate, and professional support to our users. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in both English and Spanish.
- Assist customers with account-related questions, digital wallet usage, transactions, and general payment support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
- Identify trends in customer inquiries and escalate recurring issues or improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and service standards.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish. (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in financial services, fintech, or payments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
