Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in achieving their financial goals by actively referring bank products/services and connecting them with specialists within the bank.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to bank policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals, united in their commitment to delivering the best client experience.
- Work on exciting projects that contribute to the bank's efficiency and community impact.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of government regulations to ensure compliance and provide sound advice to clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/equivalent or equivalent banking experience required.
- 1 year of job-related experience, including cashiering or bookkeeping, client service, and sales with established goals.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of PC applications and calculator usage.
- Proficient in basic math, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Sales-oriented mindset to promote bank products and services through in-person and telephone conversations.
- Flexibility to provide back-up teller coverage and assistance at various retail branch locations within a specific geographic region, with daily travel between branches.
