Job Full Description
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Inventory Lead with prior inventory control experience to support and oversee daily inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone looking for long-term growth and professional development within a stable, team-focused company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, tracking, and cycle counts
- Identify discrepancies and work with team members to resolve issues
- Support continuous improvement of inventory procedures
- Lead by example and collaborate closely with warehouse and operations teams
Qualifications:
- Previous inventory control or inventory management experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow within the company
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Schedule & Pay:
- Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM
- Pay range: $25-$30 per hour
