Job Title: Wire & Harness Assembly Technician (Soldering Specialist)
Location: Centennial, CO
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $35.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime: Available

While the role is titled Wire and Harness Assembly, this position is primarily focused on advanced soldering and crimping expertise. Key Responsibilities

Perform precision soldering on aerospace components and assemblies

Execute both soft soldering (electronics) and hard soldering for strong metal joints

Utilize various soldering methods including manual, torch, dip, wave, oven, resistance, and induction soldering

Perform high-quality crimping of wires, terminals, and connectors

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
-
Inspect finished assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and aerospace standards

Maintain clean, organized, and safety-compliant workstations

Support production goals while maintaining strict attention to detail
Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on soldering experience (true soldering experts required)

Experience with multiple soldering techniques and tools

Crimping experience required

Ability to work with small components and maintain high precision

Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Preferred Qualifications

Electronic soldering experience (highly preferred)

IPC certification (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, or similar) — company will provide certification if needed

Previous aerospace or manufacturing experience
