CNC Machine Operator – Woodworking
Pay: $22–$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator with woodworking experience to join our production team. This role involves operating CNC routers and woodworking equipment to manufacture high-quality wood components for commercial and residential applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC routers to cut and shape wood materials

Load materials, change tooling, and run production jobs

Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and CNC programs

Perform basic program edits and machine adjustments as needed

Work with hardwoods, softwoods, and composite materials

Use woodworking tools such as table saws, routers, and sanders

Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards

Perform sanding, finishing, and prep work as required

Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environment
Qualifications:
-
Previous CNC machine operating experience (woodworking preferred)

Strong understanding of woodworking processes and materials

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately

Experience with CNC routers and basic G-code knowledge

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
Preferred Skills:

Experience with CAD/CAM software
-
Background in cabinet making, door shops, or millwork

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain CNC machines
