Pay: $20–$23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for a busy flooring company. This role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, coordinating shipments, and ensuring efficient handling of flooring materials such as tile, hardwood, carpet, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control

Manage and track flooring materials, ensuring accurate stock levels and organization

Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks to meet productivity goals

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including deliveries to job sites

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed

Ensure proper handling and storage of flooring products to prevent damage

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits

Communicate with vendors, drivers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries

Enforce company policies, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines
Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience

Experience working with construction or flooring materials preferred

Forklift experience required (certification preferred)

Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
