Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support customers in both English and Spanish. This role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information related to flooring, marble, tile, and stone products. The ideal candidate delivers excellent service, resolves issues efficiently, and supports both sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer service in both English and Spanish via phone, email, and in-person

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, availability, and order placement

Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in company systems
