Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of experience to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and highly proficient in the Microsoft Office platform.

What You’ll Do

• Provide administrative support to management and team members
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy access and organization
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
• Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting tasks
• Coordinate office supplies and assist with general office operations
• Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed

• 3+ years of administrative or office support experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
