Passenger Services & Luggage Attendant
Location: Gaylord Rockies Resort / Denver International Airport
Pay: $22.00 per hour
We are looking for dependable, customer-focused team members to assist passengers with transportation services at the Gaylord.
Responsibilities
- Guide passengers to the appropriate buses and loading areas.
- Assist passengers with directions and general questions.
- Load and unload passenger luggage safely and efficiently.
- Help maintain an organized and smooth boarding process.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment.
Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance appropriate for a guest-facing hospitality environment.
- Any tattoos must be fully covered while on duty.
- Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
- Able to lift and move luggage safely.
- Professional and courteous with passengers.
- No previous experience required; training provided.
