Job Full Description
Our Client is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions and inquiries over the phone, email, and live chat
This is a seasonal role which will require working through the holiday season
Qualifications:
- Must be dependable and have strong attendance
- Must be able to respond to customers quickly and in a professional and friendly manner
- Must be able to type quickly and ensure proper spelling and grammar
- Must be tech savvy with ability to learn and use new systems quickly
- Must be able to commute to job location daily while on assignment
Job Duties:
- Respond to customer inquires over the phone, email, and live chat
- Provide professional, clear, accurate and courteous support
- Process returns, exchanges, and warranty requests based on company policy and guarantees
- Coordinate with all internal departments and teams (accounting, sales, warehouse, product teams, etc.)
- Document all customer interactions accurately and in detail
- Escalate issues as necessary
- Additional duties as assigned
