Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a contract Inventory Receiving & Data Entry Specialist to support a growing advanced manufacturing client. This role focuses on receiving parts, entering inventory into the ION system, managing receiving documentation, initiating Certificate of Conformance (CoC) workflows, and labeling/binnig parts.
Job Highlights:
- Support manufacturing for aerospace/defense supply chain
- Hands-on role with inventory systems and quality documentation
- Stable, on-site contract with potential extension
What we look for:
- 1+ years receiving/data entry or warehouse experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with inventory/ERP systems (ION, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, able to lift up to 25–35 lbs
