Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is proactively seeking a Production Manager for a growing manufacturing company specializing in cable assemblies and wiring harnesses.
This role will oversee production, quality, and warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality output, and on-time delivery.
Job Duties:
- Oversee daily production operations across assembly, QC, and warehouse teams
- Manage production schedules and ensure deadlines are met
- Lead and develop production staff
- Ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met
- Identify bottlenecks and improve workflow efficiency
- Coordinate inventory flow and material usage
Job Requirements:
- Experience managing production in a manufacturing environment
- Background in cable assembly, wiring harness, or electronics manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with quality control processes and inventory flow
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
