Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a construction materials/equipment company in Englewood, CO! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and 3+ years’ experience in a customer focused role.
Job Highlights:
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails
- Help customers with questions about product, pricing, shipping, etc.
- Enter customer orders into internal systems
- Process orders and coordinate timely shipping
- Communicate tracking information with customers via email
- Light warehouse work – pull product off shelves in warehouse, package items, label, etc.
What we look for:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience
- Experienced in MS Office
- Bilingual – English/Spanish is HIGHLY preferred
- Excellent communication and follow up skills
- Team player mentality
- Strong sense of accountability and integrity
