Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Yard Floater / Painter for a steel fabrication shop in Sedalia, CO. This is a hands-on role supporting painting, yard organization, material movement, and shop flow.
Job Highlights:
- Use an airless paint sprayer to prime miscellaneous metal fabrications
- Operate an 8K telehandler to move and position fabricated items
- Help maintain yard inventory and organization
- Support material movement and shop/yard workflow
- Work outdoors in changing Colorado weather
- Multitask between painting, yard, and material handling needs
- Follow company procedures and OSHA safety standards
What We Look For:
- Industrial painting or airless sprayer experience preferred
- Telehandler, forklift, or material handling experience preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Reliable, self-motivated, and physically capable
- Steel shop, construction, yard, or fabrication environment experience is a plus
