Advanced Composite Production Technician
Pay: $26–$40/hour, depending on experience and technical skill level
Schedule: Full-time; shift to be determined. Overtime, weekends, and off-shifts may be required
Location: Englewood, CO
Position Type: Evaluation Hire or Direct Hire, depending on experience

A leading advanced materials manufacturer in the Englewood area is hiring Production Technicians at multiple skill levels. Priority will be given to experienced technicians who can independently set up equipment, troubleshoot production issues, maintain strict quality standards, and help train developing operators.
Responsibilities include:
- Set up, operate, and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment
- Complete production, equipment, and hourly quality checks
- Identify defects and correct process issues
- Troubleshoot machinery and minimize production downtime
- Review work orders, production travelers, and schedules
- Prepare materials and support mixing or processing operations
- Load, unload, wrap, and label manufactured products
- Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
- Follow PPE, respirator, hazardous-material, and safety procedures
- Train and mentor developing technicians at the senior level
- Partner with supervisors and engineering on complex equipment issues
Qualified candidates will have:
- Technical manufacturing, machine operation, or composite production experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment
- Ability to recognize defects and follow detailed quality standards
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to read work instructions and production documentation
- Strong attendance and willingness to support overtime when required
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to meet respirator-fit requirements
- Training, lead, or mentoring experience preferred for senior-level consideration
Experience may range from developing machine operators to highly skilled production technicians, trainers, and technical leads. Final pay and technician level will be based on demonstrated experience and capability.
