Production Associate
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a detail-oriented Production Associate for a commercial glass manufacturing company in Englewood. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys building high-quality products, working with tools, and being part of a safety-focused production team.
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
Location: Englewood, CO
Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble commercial window units and glass panels
- Follow work orders, measurements, and technical drawings
- Operate saws, CNC equipment, sealant guns, hand tools, and material-handling equipment
- Apply glazing compounds, spacers, and sealants to glass and frame assemblies
- Safely handle and transport glass using suction cups, racks, and other equipment
- Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and safety
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, glass fabrication, construction, or glazing experience preferred
- Comfortable reading measurements and following detailed work instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 90 pounds
- Safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team
