Customer Service Representative
Pay: $25.00–$27.00/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time, onsite; Monday - Friday 7a-4p

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial & Castle Rock is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a growing architectural stone manufacturer in Castle Rock. This position blends customer service, account coordination, order management, showroom support, and light outbound sales.
Job Highlights:
- Manage customer accounts from inquiry through delivery
- Prepare quotes and accurately enter and track orders
- Coordinate samples, inventory questions, and warranty claims
- Provide customers with product, pricing, and lead-time information
- Assist showroom customers with orders and product recommendations
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status
- Support outbound sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with sales, production, operations, and warehouse teams
What We Look For:
- Previous customer service, client services, or sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CRM experience is helpful
- Construction or building-material experience is a plus
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
