Express Employment Professionals is hiring a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator for a rapidly growing manufacturing company. This role is designed for someone who moves quickly, handles competing priorities and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a recruiting coordination position—not a recruiter role.
Job Highlights:
- Coordinate high-volume interviews and recruiting calendars
- Communicate with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
- Guide candidates through the interview process
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
- Document and improve recruiting processes
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute issues
- Support reporting, referrals, sourcing and recruiting events
- Handle confidential information with discretion
What we look for:
- 2+ years of recruiting coordinator experience in a high-technology industry
- Applicant tracking system experience
- Exceptional organization, accuracy and follow-through
- Ability to work quickly while managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive, calm and customer-focused approach
- Process-improvement mindset
- Startup experience is helpful
- U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance
