Job Highlights:
- Build Equipment: Measure, cut, and assemble industrial wire ropes, chains, and lifting slings.
- Operate Machinery: Work with heavy shop equipment like industrial cutting tools and hydraulic presses.
- Move Materials: Use forklifts and overhead cranes to safely lift and move heavy materials across the shop floor.
- Safety First: Test finished products to make sure they are safe to use, and keep the shop clean and organized.
What we look for:
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, fabrication shop, or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for long periods.
- Good measurement skills (reading a tape measure accurately is key).
- Experience with forklifts or overhead cranes is a big plus.
- A safe, reliable mindset and attention to detail.
