Job Title: Lead General Worker
Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour
Location: Castle Rock, CO
Schedule: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Position Type: Full-Time, Temporary through Oct 31 (Opportunity for long-term hire)

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring a Lead General Worker to help drive our site maintenance operations. This full-time position runs through approximately October 31, with a strong potential for long-term employment based on performance. The ideal candidate has relevant hands-on experience, high integrity, and the technical skills to handle heavier equipment and specialized site work.
Job Highlights:

Operate specialized equipment, including skid steers, dump trailers, mowers, and snow blowers

Execute technical outdoor site maintenance, specifically road erosion control and rock work

Properly place, identify, and work around road markers (delineators)

Safely drive a work truck while pulling a trailer to transport equipment to job sites

Lead by example with a strong work ethic, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently
What we look for:

Demonstrated relevant experience in site maintenance, landscaping, or basic construction

High comfort level and proficiency operating a skid steer and driving a truck with a trailer

Working knowledge of outdoor site operations, including familiarity with delineators
