Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial is hiring an Executive Land Administrator for a family owned firm serving oil & gas, utility transmission, and public sector infrastructure.
Job Highlights:
- Supports the Project Manager
- Runs local operational errands
- Manages right-of-way permitting (state and municipal)
- Handles construction and mapping data, compiling project records, and maintaining land titles
What we look for:
- Right of way acquisition experience (knowledge of land deeds, easements, land agreements)
- Title experience (understands title searches or has worked with/for title office, recording office/land records search and understanding of title legal verbiage)
- Comprehension of GIS Mapping and plat maps
- Valid drivers license & clean MVR report
