Forklift Operator – Full Time (1st & 2nd Shift)

📍 Location: Colorado Springs (South)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday (Some Saturdays as needed)
💵 Pay:

• $19/hour – 1st Shift
• $20/hour – 2nd Shift

Available Shifts

🕓 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🌙 2nd Shift: Hours vary between 4:00 PM – 2:45 AM

Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for one of our valued clients. This role is perfect for operators with outdoor or rough-terrain experience who can work safely in a dynamic, dusty environment.

🛠️ Requirements

• Previous forklift operator experience required
• Preferably experienced in outdoor / rough terrain forklift operation
  • Examples: lumber yard, construction site, outdoor material yards
• Experience with double forks is a strong plus
• Able to work in dusty conditions
• Consistent attendance for assigned shift (1st or 2nd)
• Background requirements may apply

📦 Major Job Duties

• Safely operate a forklift on outdoor and uneven surfaces
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the yard
• Use double forks when required
• Maintain clean, safe working areas
• Assist with general labor, yard organization, and support tasks
