Administrative Assistant (Visitor Services) Opportunity Available!
Pay: $19.98–$23.94/hour depending on experience, with weekly pay!
Hours: Tuesday–Saturday | 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM (35 hours/week)
Assignment Length: 1–3 months, possibly through July 15
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

What we look for in our Administrative Assistants (Visitor Services):

Greets guests at the museum entrance and shares exhibit highlights

Communicates museum rules and policies with warmth and professionalism
-
Supports ADA accessibility throughout the building
-
Answers incoming calls and directs visitors or inquiries accordingly
-
Monitors and records daily attendance/foot traffic
-
Circulates through exhibits to assist guests and ensure a welcoming environment
-
Provides friendly, consistent guest support in a public-facing role
Preferred Qualifications:
-
1+ year in customer service, front desk, or administrative support roles
-
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
-
Comfortable standing/walking throughout the day and climbing stairs
-
Detail-oriented and reliable, with a professional and approachable demeanor
-
Experience in museum, hospitality, or visitor services environments preferred

Committed to the full duration of the temporary assignment
