Estimator / Sales Representative
Pay: From $24.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring an Estimator / Sales Representative for a locally owned construction manufacturing company in Colorado Springs. This is a full-time opportunity with growth potential for a mechanically inclined, solution-driven professional.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong mechanical aptitude and construction knowledge

Ability to read architectural and structural drawings (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD)

Skilled in material take-offs and bid preparation
-
Clear communicator with excellent customer service and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Independent worker who can manage multiple priorities

Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or glazing systems a plus, but not required
What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare detailed estimates and proposals for construction-related products

Communicate with contractors, architects, and internal teams to clarify project scope

Assist with scheduling, pricing updates, and order tracking

Support customers onsite and by phone; occasional site visits may be required

Contribute to project coordination, drafting, and client relationship management as needed

Requirements:

2–5 years of estimating or construction support experience preferred
