AutoCAD Production Engineer – Full-Time Opportunity in Colorado Springs!
Pay: $20.00–$30.00/hour depending on experience and skillset, with weekly pay!
Hours: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8-hour day shifts
Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, CO 80910

What You’ll Do as an AutoCAD Production Engineer:
- Develop detailed part and profile fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and/or Solidworks software based upon AutoCAD 2D shop drawings/3D models
- Design and verify machining paths for a 5-axis CNC machine using CAM software
- Assist in improving CNC processes and designing internal tools and fixtures for production
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop production details, & external vendors for material procurement needs
Additional Duties Will Include Assisting our Estimating / Project Mgmt depts:
- Interpret architectural and structural construction drawings using Bluebeam Revu
- Prepare project-specific submittals, shop drawing revisions, and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Communicate directly with customers to maintain project timelines and resolve technical issues as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on training and experience
- 1–3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, CNC, or automation industries preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, and CAM modeling software
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of CNC machine coding is a plus
