🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday — 32 hours per week 
💰 Pay: $24–$27 per hour (DOE) 

About the Role 

We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on Technical Support Analyst I to join our team! This is an entry‑level opportunity perfect for someone ready to grow in the IT field while enjoying a flexible four‑day workweek. You’ll assist customers, work with hardware and software, support imaging, and play a key role in keeping our technology running smoothly. 

What You’ll Do 

Operating System Imaging 

• Build and maintain OS images 

• Apply patches, updates, and required settings 

• Ensure compatibility across hardware models 

• Create customized images based on user needs 

Equipment Replacement & Deployment 

• Replace and configure desktops and laptops 

• Coordinate setup and delivery with users 

• Verify full functionality before returning equipment 

• Retrieve old devices and update records 

Software & Hardware Repairs  

• Replace internal system components 

• Install and troubleshoot software 

• Perform full system replacements 

• Back up and restore user profiles 

• Coordinate vendor warranty claims and part replacements 

Walk‑In Customer Support  

• Assist users with questions and quick solutions 

• Demonstrate how to perform specific tasks 

• Provide friendly, efficient, solutions‑focused support 

Special Projects  

• Support new product rollouts 

• Test new technology for performance 

• Document processes for new tools and systems 

• Train staff on new products 

• Collaborate with vendors to meet user needs 

Equipment Disposal 

• Securely delete all hard drives to required standards 

• Document disposal actions 

• Deliver equipment to the designated disposal location
