Wood Structure Assembly / Production Workers for a local company producing structural wood components in Colorado Springs 🔨
💰 Pay: $17–$18/hr
⏰ Schedule: Mon–Fri | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
✅ What You’ll Do
🔧 Assemble wood structural components and framing systems
📏 Accurately use tape measures and other measuring tools
⚙️ Operate hand and power tools safely
📋 Follow work instructions, layouts, and diagrams
🎯 Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
✅ What We’re Looking For
Comfortable reading and working with measurements
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Previous assembly, carpentry, or production experience a plus
Reliable and punctual
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
