Want steady hours, hands-on work, and room to grow? We’re hiring a Maintenance Helper/Technician for a local apartment community in Colorado Springs!
💵 $18–$20/HR
📅 Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM
🚫 NO WEEKENDS!
📈 Opportunity for a pay increase upon permanent hire!
🔨 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Apartment repairs & maintenance
- Painting & drywall touch-ups
- Minor plumbing & electrical
- Appliance assistance
- Work orders & unit turns
- General handyman tasks
✅ YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Maintenance, construction, handyman, or apartment experience
- Basic tool & repair knowledge
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
