Controls Technician
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour DOE – Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Controls Technician for a leading manufacturing facility. This role focuses on developing and maintaining control systems, diagnosing electrical issues, and supporting production through hands-on troubleshooting and repair. Ideal candidates will have strong technical knowledge, experience in industrial environments, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical control systems ranging from 480V motors to 120V outlets.
• Assist with mechanical issues to support overall equipment functionality.
• Interpret electrical schematics and perform updates using AutoCAD Electrical.
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical.
• Associate's Degree or Technical Certification preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills in electrical systems.
