General Labor – Yard Work
Location: Denver, CO
Pay: $19 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Occasional half-days on Saturdays as needed
About the Role
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable General Laborer for a yard and material handling position with a steel supplier in Denver, CO. This full-time opportunity involves working in an outdoor environment with a hands-on role in cutting, loading, and organizing steel materials. You’ll assist with band saw operations, load materials into storage racks, and help maintain a clean, organized yard. Occasional customer interaction may be required, so a professional demeanor is important.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in cutting steel materials using a band saw.
• Load steel into racks and perform general material handling tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Provide customer service as needed.
What We’re Looking For
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs regularly.
• Some forklift experience preferred (minimal use required).
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.
