Gel Coating & Laminating Technician – $19/hr Day Shift Full-Time Denver
Join a respected, family-owned company in Denver known for high-quality fiberglass work. We’re looking for a motivated technician with hands-on experience in gel coating, sanding, and mold preparation. If you’ve worked with fiberglass materials and coating tools, this is your chance to join a tight-knit team where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare molds for gel coating through waxing, taping, and sanding
• Apply coatings using HVLP gel coat guns, granite guns, and other tools (training provided)
• Move, stack, and organize materials and molds throughout the workspace
• Perform general labor and contribute to daily production goals in a fast-paced warehouse setting
What We’re Looking For
• Experience with fiberglass products or coatings strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Willingness to learn equipment such as pumps, hoses, and spray guns
• Comfortable working in a warehouse and adapting to changing tasks
