Job Full Description
Position: Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner - Temporary
Location: Northglenn, CO (Onsite, rotating between two locations)
Salary: $40.00/HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Duration: 6-9 months
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as an HR partner to site leadership, providing guidance on employee relations, compliance, and performance management matters
- Support and oversee full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate selection
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and employee engagement strategies
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for employees
- Maintain knowledge of local employment laws and assist with compliance and documentation
- Help drive change management initiatives and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of HR experience, with a strong generalist or HRBP background
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Prior experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or similar industries is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
