Print Press Operator
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00AM–4:30PM

Responsibilities Include:
- Run large 5‑meter printing machines, including HP Scitex FB700 or OCE Colorado equipment
- Load materials onto printers and ensure proper setup before production
- Use computer systems to select correct print files, adjust settings, and manipulate data as needed
- Read and understand job tickets to ensure production meets exact specifications
- Perform quality checks according to established procedures to ensure high‑quality output
- Monitor printer efficiency, speed, and performance; make adjustments as needed
- Assist in workflow and process improvement planning
- Maintain organization across multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Observe machines in operation and troubleshoot issues to identify workable production solutions
- Perform routine maintenance on printers and maintain inventory of supplies
- Ensure overall safety and cleanliness of equipment and work area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements Include:
- Must be prompt, courteous, professional, and take pride in work
- Ability to operate HP Scitex FB700 or OCE Colorado machines (required)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in accordance with company policies
- Experience using forklifts, roll printers, and cutters is a plus
