#1 ranked staffing firm, Express Employment Professionals of Denver is searching for Waterproofing General Laborers to assist with a local waterproofing/restoration company with their off-site projects. Client will provide on-site training for required tasks.
The company has room for RAPID GROWTH. This role provides on-site job training to expand your skill sets. You will work with team members to complete production goals on a daily and weekly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting foreman in daily tasks
- Utilize proprietary sprayer to perform concrete waterproofing
- Following instructions
- Daily prompt attendance
- Lifting 50 lbs
- General labor
- Willing to learn the waterproofing business
Position highlights:
- Competitive pay range of $15.00 per hour, plus potential for overtime
- Working outdoors in different locations

- Client provides all PPE equipment (You provide leather boots - steel-toed boots are not required)
- Contract to Hire opportunity
What we are looking for in this role:
- General construction labor experience
- You will need to be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn new tasks
- Providing your own leather work boots
- Willingness to commute to different job sites
Position Type: Evaluation to Hire
Schedule: Monday through Friday 6 a.m. - 2 p.m.
