We’re hiring a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to support a well-maintained apartment community in Lakewood, CO. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and variety in your day, this is the role for you. This position can involve traveling between multiple buildings, so problem solving and a strong independent work ethic are essential.
Position Details:
- Pay: $22.00–24.00 / hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift
- Location: Lakewood, CO
What You’ll Do:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently
- Respond to service requests from property management in communal areas
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and inventory used
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Travel between multiple apartment buildings as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in apartment or property maintenance is needed
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (possessing your own tools is preferred)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- EPA Certification/HVAC experience is preferred, but not required
- CPO Certification/Pool Maintenance experience is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
