About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Call Center Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide hardware and software technical support for designated automotive electronics products, assisting both vehicle owners and financiers across assigned regions in the United States.
You’ll be the front line of support—resolving issues, answering product-related questions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. If you have a passion for technology, a knack for solving problems, and excellent customer service skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance via phone or other communication channels for automotive electronic products

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently and accurately

Guide customers through solutions and escalate complex issues when needed

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support actions

Gain strong knowledge of products to confidently provide expert-level support

Deliver exceptional service in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills & Qualifications:
