Job Title: Inventory & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Englewood
Pay Range: $24–$28/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and communication with customers and suppliers. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

  • Track inventory levels, re-order points, and manage stock replenishment.

  • Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.

Order Management

  • Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

  • Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of all orders.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to meet order requirements.

Customer & Supplier Communication

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, returns, and inquiries.

  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm lead times, delivery schedules, and product availability.

Logistics Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate shipping, receiving, and transportation.

  • Collaborate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

  • Resolve shipment discrepancies or delays.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze inventory and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Generate regular reports on inventory turnover, shortages, and excesses.

  • Use data to support purchasing and logistics decisions.

Problem Solving

  • Proactively identify issues in the supply chain and implement solutions.

  • Handle unexpected disruptions with efficiency and clear communication.

Safety & Compliance

  • Adhere to and enforce workplace safety standards and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as OSHA or DOT.

Equipment Maintenance

  • Monitor and schedule maintenance for warehouse equipment and tools.

  • Ensure equipment is safe and operational.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)

  • 2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain roles

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory software, and order management systems

  • Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues effectively

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse operations


Work Environment:

  • Office and warehouse setting

  • Requires standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and occasional use of warehouse equipment.
