Job Title: Inventory & Logistics Coordinator
Location: Englewood
Pay Range: $24–$28/hour (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations across inventory management, order processing, logistics coordination, and communication with customers and suppliers. This is a hands-on role that plays a critical part in ensuring operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and supply chain integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

Track inventory levels, re-order points, and manage stock replenishment.

Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
Order Management
-
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.

Ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of all orders.

Coordinate with internal departments to meet order requirements.
Customer & Supplier Communication

Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding order status, returns, and inquiries.

Communicate with suppliers to confirm lead times, delivery schedules, and product availability.
Logistics Coordination

Schedule and coordinate shipping, receiving, and transportation.

Collaborate with carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.

Resolve shipment discrepancies or delays.
Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze inventory and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Generate regular reports on inventory turnover, shortages, and excesses.

Use data to support purchasing and logistics decisions.
Problem Solving
Safety & Compliance

Adhere to and enforce workplace safety standards and procedures.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as OSHA or DOT.
Equipment Maintenance
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)

2+ years of experience in inventory, logistics, or supply chain roles

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory software, and order management systems

Ability to analyze data and troubleshoot issues effectively

Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse operations
Work Environment:

Office and warehouse setting

Requires standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and occasional use of warehouse equipment.
