Job Opportunity: Office Assistant with Strong Customer Service Skills
Location: South Littleton
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Duration: 3 to 6 months, with strong possibility for permanent hire
Pay Rate: $20 - $22/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Position Overview:
As our Office Assistant, you will be the friendly face and voice for customers, supporting both front counter operations and our busy sales team. Your role will be vital in creating positive experiences for customers, managing orders, and keeping our office running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers warmly as they arrive.

  • Assist customers with placing new orders or picking up existing orders at the front counter.

  • Collect customer information when necessary and smoothly connect them with a sales representative for more complex needs.

  • Take simple orders independently when appropriate.

  • Support the sales team by measuring window screens and preparing order documentation.

  • Contact customers weekly to notify them when their orders are ready for pick-up.

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat regarding order status.

  • Handle overflow office tasks including filing paperwork and verifying order confirmations.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom, office areas, and breakroom throughout the day.

  • Use a tape measure accurately and understand custom ordering procedures.

  • Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude by helping wherever needed.
