Job Title: Compliance Administrative Assistant (Temporary – Full-Time )

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrative Assistant to support our Compliance Department on a temporary basis. This role can be either full-time or part-time and is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing and assembling compliance files and documentation

Make phone calls to clients as needed for follow-ups or information requests

Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the Yardi system

Monitor and respond to compliance-related emails in a timely and professional manner

Handle general filing and record-keeping tasks

Provide administrative support to compliance team members as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous administrative or clerical experience required; experience in a compliance or property management setting is a plus

Familiarity with Yardi software or similar database systems preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
