Job Title: Compliance Administrative Assistant (Temporary – Full-Time )

Location: Littleton, CO
Department: Compliance

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrative Assistant to support our Compliance Department on a temporary basis. This role can be either full-time or part-time and is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to handling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and assembling compliance files and documentation

  • Make phone calls to clients as needed for follow-ups or information requests

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the Yardi system

  • Monitor and respond to compliance-related emails in a timely and professional manner

  • Handle general filing and record-keeping tasks

  • Provide administrative support to compliance team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous administrative or clerical experience required; experience in a compliance or property management setting is a plus

  • Familiarity with Yardi software or similar database systems preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Temporary position with flexible scheduling (Full-time or Part-time)

  • Compensation commensurate with experience
