About the Role
We’re hiring dependable Builders to assist with the assembly and production of form components used in construction and manufacturing projects. This is a hands-on, team-oriented role in a fast-paced production environment. Employer identity will remain confidential in the posting.
Key Responsibilities

Assemble and build form components

Measure, cut, and handle materials safely and accurately

Operate basic hand and power tools (training provided if needed)

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets

Report quality issues or material shortages to supervisors
Qualifications
-
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or warehouse work is a plus but not required

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (training available)

Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction well
-
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
