About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Install new HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components.

Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation, safety, and efficiency.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine installation procedures.

Measure and cut ductwork, copper lines, and insulation materials according to specifications.

Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues during and after installation.

Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Communicate effectively with customers, contractors, and team members.

Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and materials used.

Provide preventive maintenance recommendations to clients.

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition.
Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).

1–3 years of experience in HVAC installation or a related field.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, airflow, and refrigerants.

Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in varying conditions

Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
