We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk and Accounts Receivable clerk to work part-time. This is for a great Littleton company that looking to find someone who will fit in long term. Compensation is $23/hr.
Responsibilities:
Processing all invoices received for payment and for undertaking the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.
- GL code and record all AP AR invoices into Epicor and Tralida system
- Interact with vendors by email and phone as necessary
- Email, scan, print and copy documents
- Distribute invoices to managers for approval as necessary
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
- Match Purchase Orders to vendor invoices
- Review and process credit card bills; matching receipts to charges; GL code & summarize in Excel spreadsheet, and record into Accounting system
- Process the company’s twice weekly check run; take all discounts; get checks signed
- Fold and mail vendor checks
- Setup new vendors in Accounting system per W-9 form
- File all AP invoices by vendor
- Liaise with other departments, groups, and organizations
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or the equivalent
- College degree or some course work is preferred
- 3+ years of accounts payable accounts receivable experience preferred
- Accounting software experience
- Epicor experience is a big plus
- MS Office Suite – proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- High degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Strong organizational skills
