Warehouse / Machine Shop Associate

Schedule: 6:00 AM start • 4 days per week (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Pay: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)

We are looking for a dependable Warehouse / Machine Shop Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse and manufacturing experience who takes pride in accuracy, teamwork, and a solid day’s work—and wants a job they can leave at work at the end of the day.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving materials and finished parts

• Operating a forklift (loading, unloading, material movement)

• Reading and interpreting blueprints

• Operating a saw and assisting with machine shop tasks

• Using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers

• Using hand and power tools safely and effectively

• Maintaining organization, cleanliness, and attention to detail in the workspace

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse and manufacturing environment

• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions

• Forklift experience (certification a plus)

• Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and basic measuring tools

• Basic computer and math skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
