Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative support for CPA firm operations
  • Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Preparing, organizing, and maintaining client documents
  • Assisting with billing, invoicing, and general office coordination
  • Supporting deadlines during tax and reporting periods
  • Communicating professionally with clients and internal staff

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant (CPA firm or professional services preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting tools
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
