Full Charge Bookkeeper / Administrative Support

Job Duties

Our Full Charge Bookkeeper is responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day accounting functions while also supporting general administrative operations.

Accounting & Bookkeeping Responsibilities

  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accuracy of all financial records
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Generate monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.)
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close
  • Process or coordinate payroll and related reporting
  • Ensure compliance with tax filings and reporting requirements
  • Work with external accountants, CPAs, or tax preparers
  • Maintain accounting software (QuickBooks or similar)

Administrative & Office Support Duties

  • Answer phones and manage general email correspondence
  • Handle vendor communications and basic customer inquiries
  • Maintain organized digital and paper filing systems
  • Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and expense tracking
  • Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Order office supplies and coordinate basic office needs
  • Assist ownership/management with administrative projects and reporting
