We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 7:30am to 4pm
Channels: Email, Phone, and Live Chat

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information about products/services

  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in internal systems

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary

  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude at all times

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable handling customer interactions across email, phone, and chat

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
