Healthcare supply Industry | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do
- Provide immediate, high-quality customer support via email, phone, and chat
- Respond to all inquiries with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism
- Independently troubleshoot customer issues and find solutions
- Process standing orders and urgent healthcare-related orders
- Package and ship products to customers nationwide
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organization
- Work collaboratively while also managing your own responsibilities efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve
- Comfortable moving between desk work and hands-on tasks
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Previous customer service experience preferred (healthcare or logistics a plus)
Schedule & Work Environment
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- No weekends
